- Expand the business by creating a strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationships with the potential Dealer.
- Monitor the activities of the TSO, Distributor & SO.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sale.
- Ensure realization of the online transactions against daily sales.
- Check accurately and approve TA/DA bills of the TSM.
- Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
- Monitor the competitor's activities and provide time-effective solutions for the field sales force.
- Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
- Assist DSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.
- Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
- Identify and solve market-related problems.
- Graduation in any Discipline
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health and Hygine Products, Stationary Product Sales, Tissue Production
- At least 3 years sales experience in Tissue or Hygiene products
