Job Responsibilities
- Understand detailed designs of ship and instruct production team as per the interpretation of the design
- Plan and supervise the construction of Ships
- Develop and utilize test procedures including computer modeling and scale models
- Assess project requirements and research feasibility
- Supervise junior staff and provide technical advice
- Design and oversee the testing, installation, and repair of equipment
- Interpret and analyze data and test results.
- Conduct site surveys, audits and inspections

- Sound Knowledge on drawings, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Rhinoceros, 3D Maxsurf and Nesting
- Able to analyze and interpret technical information and drawings
- Relevant shipyard/design office work experience is desirable
- Keen on thinking creatively
- Able to work effectively with a team of engineers
