Composite Knit Factory with 45 lines looking for Senior Manager/ Asst.General Manager (Sewing) who are capable of successfully setting up & running sewing department. If you are up to the challenge & have the capability & technical skills required we would like to meet you with.
Job Responsibilities
- Must be an expert on Production Management
- Responsible for effective production planning and efficient implementation
- Order status monitoring & responsible for achieving production
- Building relationship with merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation
- Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
- Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
- Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
- Create highly motivated work force to achieve target.
- Establish highest level of discipline in production floors.
- Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
- Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
- Communicate with top management directly when any issues arises.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
