Job Context
- Responsible for Merchandising and production Follow-up.
- Follow up factory production with full dedication as a team Manager.
- Must have Extraordinary governance as a Merchandiser Manager at any remarkable Knit Composite Factory/ Buying House
- Should be able to follow-up a full Account.
- Capable to work with ERP system for fabric and accessories booking.
- Candidates must have good proficiency on English both reading and writing as well as computer literacy MS word, Excel ETC.
- Coordinate and communicate with Respondent Dept. for developing each and every product on schedule timeframe along with PO.
- In the product development process ensure that products meet customer`s quality and budget requirement.
Job Responsibilities
- Capable to communicating with mail communication for new queries as well as updates and follow-up.
- Assist line Manager to meet the shipment timeline.
- Responsible for the merchandise starting from development until the shipment of the products.
- Capable to solve problem that may arise during development and production.
- Provide guidance to factory to understand and follow systems & procedures of individual buyer.

- Masters degree in any discipline,Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Faction technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology • Textile Background will g

- • Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
- [University of Dhaka,East West University,North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh] students will get preference
