- Prepare monthly vacancy list, hiring for technical and non-technical positions by using smart hiring process.
- To maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
- Conduct induction program twice in monthly with necessary co-ordination with logistics support.
- Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees.
- Create monthly recruitment status/ budget, attrition rate and other HR reports with analysis.
- Coordinate with various department heads for their talent requirements.
- Participate in job fair and boost-up employer brand by diverse techniques in recruitment.
- Assist to employee confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and separation related issues.
- To implement the company policies/ procedures and execute any other HR related task assigned by line manager.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
- PGDHRM will be considered as an additional qualification
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection
- Age at most 30 years
- Both males & female are allowed to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office suites (advance in excel).
- Adequate knowledge in BLA- 2006 and BLR- 2015.
- Excellent communication skill, proactive as well as negotiation skills & great executor.
