Job Responsibilities
  • Assisting Corporate Banking Unit in day to day transaction, credit memorandum preparation, financial & risk analysis and MIS preparation
  • Develop Business from new and existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum like assets, liabilities, and cross-sell.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth
  • Assist Corporate Banking Unit in meeting different targets like Asset, Liability, Profitability, and Trade etc.
  • Booking new customer and Promoting new business and increase share of existing business
  • Developing & executing customer strategies
  • Assessing and managing credit risk and costs
  • Monitoring the credit customers
  • Identify potential customers in the line with over all business
  • Ensuring service excellence at all times

Educational Requirements
  • Four years graduation or a post-graduation from recognized university with no third division/class in any exam
  • Graduation major in Finance/Banking from recognized university will get preference
  • Relevant experiences and / or internship in corporate banking in a centralized banking atmosphere shall be prioritized.
Additional Requirements
  • Ideally incumbent should have had exposure to the emerging markets.
  • Strong credit assessment skills.
  • The ability to forge close relationships with external constituents as a representative of the bank.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
  • Analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
