The incumbent should have the adequate knowledge and skill on setting KPI and capable to link it to the performance management system.
Should have the ability to work with different departments and factory operations to collect necessary data for implementing KPI.
Should have the necessary skill to impart training and workshop related to KPI.
Should have the adequate knowledge to prepare role profiles of the employees leading to KPI.
Should have the adequate knowledge of the MS office package and internet to accomplish the job.
Should have the adequate knowledge on Organizational Development (Setting Organogram, Mission, Vision, Goals and Objective)
Should have the ability to work with all level of employees and to travel frequently in the other concerns of the company situated in different districts.
Should have the ability to work under pressure and to meet the deadline.
