Job Context

    Eastern IT, a well-reputed IT company is currently looking for qualified and committed individuals to fill the positions of Showroom Manager for its Showroom for laptop desktop printers and accessories sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, Maintain and control the zonal sales team as well as showroom.
  • Presenting & selling company products/services to current & potential clients.
  • The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
  • Must have to achieve the sales target.
  • Formulating and executing sales plans.
  • Leading a sales team within the showroom.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedures.
  • Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
  • Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
  • Prepare bill, challan, and quotations, as required.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into computer software.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing,Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Client Relationship Management

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service
